Payment and Postage Information and Terms of Sale.

 
Currently we are able to accept secure payments online via Paypal or using your Debit or Credit card by selecting Global Payments at the checkout.

We are fully compliant with Global Payments and Security Metrics security requirements.

Good News for UK buyers, we offer a FREE postage option on all of our items.

We always aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of payment being received (e.g. an order received on Monday would be sent no later than the next working day i.e Tuesday).
Please note that we do not count Saturdays or Sundays as working days and Bank holidays are also considered none working days.

Please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery of items sent 2nd class from the date of despatch and 1 to 2 days for delivery of items sent 1st class.
Overseas buyers please allow up to 21 days for your goods to arrive from the date of despatch.

Where a buyer's total package weight exceeds 2kg we reserve the right to send items in more than one package in order to ensure that the Free UK Delivery can still be met.

First Class postage is available as an inexpensive upgrade on most items and where an order exceeds £30 in total value we will send the goods using a signed for service where possible.

In the very unlikely event that your goods arrive in less than perfect condition please retain all packaging and return the goods to us within 28 days of receipt and we can then either replace or refund.

We will accept returns in the event that the customer changes their mind and no longer wants an item up to 28 days after purchase however in this instance the customer would be liable for the return postage costs.

You have the right to cancel any purchase with us without having to give any reason for doing so. Please let us know promptly if you wish to cancel and we can refund without having to despatch the goods (please see our despatch time above). Notice of your intention to cancel can be sent via email and if the goods have been sent then please return them as per our returns policy shown above.

Overseas orders will be sent using Royal Airmail standard small parcels and again the total weight limit for this service is 2kg per parcel.

All overseas orders will have an accurately completed customs declaration where needed and any import duties remain the responsibilty of the buyer.

Where an overseas order exceeds £30 in value we will endeavour to send the goods using a tracked/signed for service.
